Refund / Cancellation Policy

This page explains how Clarity subscriptions, refunds, and cancellations work.
Billing Status
Clarity uses Stripe Checkout for Plus and Pro subscriptions and Stripe Customer Portal for billing management.
Education pricing may be shown for visibility, but Education checkout is locked until verification is implemented.
Subscriptions
Paid plans provide digital access through the user's Clarity account. No physical goods are shipped.
Users can manage billing, invoices, payment methods, and cancellations from Settings, Subscription.
Cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the billing provider or customer portal behavior shown during cancellation.
Cancellation may not automatically remove access already provided for a paid billing period unless the billing flow states otherwise.
Refund Requests
Refund requests can be reviewed case by case. If you have a billing question, contact support with the account email, plan, charge date, and a short description of the issue.
