Clarity
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 6, 2026
These terms explain the basic rules for using Clarity. They are written for Clarity V1 and will be updated as the product and billing features mature.
Using Clarity
Clarity is a software and productivity web app. It helps users organize pasted text, uploaded files and images, notes, generated pages, deadlines, categories, and board information.
You are responsible for the content you paste, upload, create, save, or organize in Clarity. Make sure you have the rights and permission needed to use that content.
AI Features
Clarity can use AI to extract, summarize, classify, organize, and suggest next steps. AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review AI-generated pages, deadlines, categories, summaries, and board suggestions before relying on them.
Clarity is not a substitute for professional judgment and does not provide legal, financial, medical, academic, or other professional advice.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Clarity for illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content or activity. Do not use Clarity to attack, bypass, scrape, overload, or interfere with the app, its providers, or other users.
Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use, or content that violates another person's rights.
Accounts, Plans, and Limits
Some features, storage, file upload sizes, AI generation limits, and usage limits may depend on your plan. Clarity may adjust plan limits, feature availability, or workspace behavior as the product changes.
When paid billing is live, billing and subscription terms will apply to paid plans. Until billing is connected, paid plan buttons may show planned pricing without opening checkout.
Changes to the Product
Clarity may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We try to make changes carefully, but the app may evolve as we improve the product, fix issues, or prepare billing and production operations.
No Warranty
Clarity is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every AI result will be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing important information before acting on it.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clarity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or business interruption related to your use of the app.
